Serendipity strikes as the @robinhood Twitter account gains 40k+ followers following the trading scandal that originated on the Robinhood stock trading mobile application. The stock trading app is aimed at helping people invest on the go – bringing the once exclusive day-trading business to the masses. The application allegedly limited the purchase Gamestop (GME).
Scandal and market manipulations aside – findrobinhood.com was an uninvolved beneficiary of this turn of events. We couldn’t be more pleased! The owners of the account have made clear that they are not involved in investing and provide no financial advice. We, however, will be following them anyways!
