The Latest Events
I’ll keep this section updated with the latest news at the top.
Joe Biden was confirmed by the joint session of congress as President of the United States as of January 20th despite widespread election fraud. State legislatures failed to change their official electoral college votes as submitted by state governors. The electoral college votes submitted by legislatures directly to the Vice President were not considered.
President Trump has assured a smooth transfer of power on January 20th. Investigations into fraud will continue. A few of Trump’s staff have resigned immediately, including Mick Mulvaney.
Twitter and Facebook have disabled President Trump’s account for 12 hours if he removes posts they say incite violence. Trump actually called for peaceful protests, and it’s a usual liberal press smear of the President to say that he called for violence.
Typically, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, many liberal-minded websites, and some hosts on Fox News as well are accustomed to condemning the president unfairly. OAN, Breitbart, Newsmax, and The Freedom First Press report the news fairly and are better sources if you seek the truth rather than liberal rhetoric.
A small group of protesters breached the Capitol building. Were the protesters lead to the halls of congress? You decide.
Since police let the protesters through barriers to the Capitol, it signaled a lax reception may be waiting for them in the Capitol building.
Indeed, the footage above is professionally filmed. The camera man is ahead and looking back, leading the way. The framing is professional. Unfortunately, a woman was shot and killed. She was unarmed. Her name is Ashli Babbitt, an Air Force Veteran living in San Diego. Our condolences to the family.
“CNN REPORTED “ ANTIFA TOOK CREDIT FOR STORMING THE CAPITAL!” The mayor and certain police of DC staged this whole thing. They escorted them in. They gave them great picture op’s. There are several pictures of people with professional cameras in the perfect position.“
“If you are ok with one group looting, rioting, burning, stealing and murdering when they’re pissed the hell off, then surely you are ok with another group protesting on a much less violent level when they feel they have been wronged, Yes? The goose is not holier than the gander.
I personally don’t believe violence solves either issue but as the saying goes… keep poking the bear and see what happens. Interesting and disheartening watching the last year and a half unfold.”
“Wow you guys calm down. In a few days all this will be OVER! AND I HOPE WE ALL CAN LOVE, LIVE AND RESPECT EACH OTHER.”

The Joint Congress is proceeding with the electoral college certifications, and it appears the efforts to stop the confirmation are largely symbolic.
Debates are to resume after protests have subsided. Trump has asked everyone to respect the police and to go home. He acknowledges that the election has been stolen, but appears ready to honor, if not accept, the results from the electoral college vote.
VP Pence does NOT seem ready to send the electoral college votes back to the state legislatures. At 8pm EST, it’s not over yet. Senators have been seen walking back to the Capitol. They are soon to resume debate. It will probably go into tomorrow. But not looking favorable for supporters of the President.
Biden will most likely be confirmed to be our next President. Congress, as well, will be under Democratic Party control. Democrats do not care that they cheated in the elections to achieve their goals. They were emboldened, and they will do this again.
At around 2pm, someone in the crowd of Trump protestors broke a window on a door to the Capitol. A few protestors pushed their way through Police, into the Capitol, and into the congressional chambers Congressional members were evacuated. Offices were vandalized. A woman protestor was shot and she later died. It did not, however, become a serious threat to the legislators.
Mainstream media has blown up the breaching of the Capital building by protestors as a major threat to the nation. Tempers have since subsided, and protest are under control. It appears the 6pm curfew has largely been effective.
Twitter has suspended President Donald Trump’s account for 12 hours following the removal of “offending tweets” to incite violence.

3pm EST Crowds are being pepper sprayed, hit with rubber bullets. Some in the crowd breached the capitol and broke into the congressional chambers of both houses. The House and Senate went into recess due to a lockdown over protests outside Capitol Hill during the Joint Session of Congress as lawmakers make arguments and challenges over states’ electoral votes.
The Mayor of DC has implemented a curfew from 6pm to 6am.
Although it’s turned into a riot, Patriots are generally more interested in peaceful protesting and are not physically violent as Antifa crowds have shown to be. Things have calmed down of late. Antifa may have been the ones who broke into chambers, it’s unknown.
“Eighty-eight state legislators from five battleground states sent a letter to Vice President Mike Pence urging him to postpone the opening of electoral votes during the Joint Session of Congress for at least 10 days.” – Epoch Times
“Since we are convinced the election laws in certain states were changed in an unconstitutional manner, the slates of electors produced under those modified laws are thus unconstitutional, not “regularly given” or “lawfully certified” as required by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 (codified as 3 U.S.C. §§ 1, et seq.), and are invalid on their face. Given these inescapable facts, we believe we have no choice but to vote to sustain objections to those slates of electors.” – Rep Mike Johnson (LA)

With the Georgia runoffs close to decided, it’s looking like a sweep for the democrats. Raphael Warnock has been called as the winner over Kelly Loeffler, earning a 6 year term as a US Senator from the State of Georgia. Warnock is a race-baiting anti-Semitic pastor in the mold of Jeremiah Wright.
Besides the fact that Georgia will be represented by a hard left racist in the US Congress, it propels the Democratic Party into complete power – if Biden is declared winner, and Jon Ossoff, a 33 year old left-wing rubber stamp wins the other Georgia seat. Ossoff leading at this hour, the race too close to be called with few ballots remaining to be counted.
This sets the stage for today’s major event, the certification vote in the Joint Session of the US Congress to certify (or not) the Electoral College votes for President. Now, the stakes are even higher. There is a strong potential that the democrats can have a sweeping majority in the US Government, silencing conservatives and taking control of all major institutions of government.
The pressure on VP Mike Pence is only increasing, as the balance of power in the Free world is on his shoulders. Taking this country by fraudulent elections is almost completed, and only a few patriots are left standing.
All Mike Pence needs to do is sight irregularities and send the electoral college votes back to the State Legislators. He has the power to do that. The investigation into fraud for 10 days as Cruz is proposing can happen regardless.
5:00pm EST Washington is filling now with Patriots ready to protest and make their voices heard. 100 of thousands of them. Washington DC’s mayor has brought in the National Guard to mostly help with traffic and crowd control. Legislators have been urged to use the parking deck with tunnel access to the congressional offices. They have been urged not to engage with demonstrators.
“McConnell told senators on a recent conference call that “this is a very difficult decision for each one of you, you each have to make it yourselves,” recounted Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.). “‘I’ve voted twice on declarations of war.’ And he said, ‘This is right up there.’ But … there’s a lot of noise out there and I won’t judge anybody for their decision.” – Politico
Senators Pledging to “NOT OBJECT” to the electoral college vote. These senators have decided that they are too “principled” to object to the electoral college certification. Never mind that there are 7 states with dueling electors. Rampant Fraud in the election. These are NOT fraud fighters. These are rubber stamp Senators.
Jim Inhofe (RINO-OK), Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), Mitt Romney (RINO-UT), Pat Toomey (PA), Lisa Murkowski (AK), Jerry Moran (KS), John Boozman (AR), Tom Cotton (AR). There are more, but these are ones I’ve found to have made statements as such.
Senators who WILL OBJECT to the fraud-filled general election results in at least 6 swing states where the vote tallies shifted from landslide territory for President Trump to a slight lead for Joe Biden in the overnight irregularities during the wee hours of the morning the day after the election in November.
Josh Hawley (MO), Ted Cruz (TX), Ron Johnson, R-Wis.; James Lankford, R-Okla.; Steve Daines, R-Mont.; John Kennedy, R-La.; Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., and Mike Braun, R-Ind.; as well as Sens.-elect Cynthia Lummis, R-Wyo.; Roger Marshall, R-Kansas; Bill Hagerty, R-Tenn., Kelly Loeffler, R-GA, David Perdue, R-GA, and Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala.
140+ Republican House Members Will Object
The House is controlled by democrats, but the margin is slim. Will Nancy Pelosi, Majority Leader and Speaker of the House, allow debate once a state’s electoral college vote is challenged? We estimate that she will not allow debate, and will try to steam-roll Republican house members and stymie their efforts. She will rule her Democratic Party underlings with an iron fist and have them voting as a block.
How We Project Events Will Unfold on January 6th
VP Mike Pence has stated that he alone can’t determine the outcome of the Presidential Election. He’s also stated that he’s glad that there will be challenges and debate, as there is strong reason to believe the election was questionably decided.
“The Vice President welcomes the efforts of members of the House and Senate to use the authority they have under the law to raise objections and bring forward evidence before the Congress and the American people on January 6th.”
This, we interpret to mean that as he opens electoral college ballots from the states which have submitted 2 sets of ballots, that he fully expects constitutionally based challenges to be made. There is a minimum 2-hour debate that can be waged by each house of congress – separately, and then they return to vote on the validity of the state’s electoral college votes.
It appears at this moment that there will be no challenge with enough votes to reject a state’s electoral college vote. But, it may not go down that way. What we don’t know yet is how this process be handled.
Ted Cruz is leading a group of Senators who will back up the House objections to electoral college votes from the contented swing states which experienced election fraud. He’s asking for an investigative panel be formed to look into election fraud for 10 days.
Then, state Legislatures would get the information and decide if they want to re-submit their electoral college votes. The key factor is that in all the 6 swing states, the legislatures are controlled by Republicans. Flipping as few as 3 states to Trump could change the outcome of the election.
VP Pence, we estimate, is in favor of returning the question to the states and for the fraudulent voting to be removed from the state tallies where it will affect the outcome of the election. VP Pence does not want the burden to overturn the election on his shoulders.
The State Legislators are fully authorized by the US Constitution to decide on the electors to send to Washington DC based on a process they each individually decide upon. If at least 1 state legislature overturns their state’s official electoral college vote, then momentum and courage may be infectious both with other states and with US Senators and US Representatives.
The longer the electoral college voting process goes on January 6th, the longer it could go. It’s up to Mike Pence to control it or to let it flow. He’s signaling the debate will be on. We expect the process could extend into 2 days, or even longer. Protestors will make their intimidating presence known to congress.
If Cruz’s proposal is adopted, expect state legislatures to be under the spotlight. There will be threats of violence, protests, and clashes. This could make January one of the most contentious periods in our nation’s political history.
This is as close as we’ve come in a long time to a new momentum for conservatives in countering liberals. Fraud is not the pathway to a happy union.
President Trump on January 4th: “You watch what happens over the next couple of weeks. You watch what’s going to come out. Watch what’s going to be revealed,” the president said.
“That was a rigged election, but we’re still fighting it and you’ll see what’s going to happen.
“You can lose and that’s acceptable. You lose, you lose … but when you win in a landslide and they steal it and it’s rigged, it’s not acceptable.” – Epoch Times
